This 19-storey development comprises co-living apartments; tailored to suit the changing lifestyles of young people living and working in London; and a wealth of amenities including co-working spaces, terraces, food hall and an art gallery. A highly optimised energy strategy based on passive design, building fabric performance and the use of suitable Low and Zero Carbon systems will allow the scheme to achieve a 35% CO2 emissions reduction in comparison to the UK Building Regulations. A BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ is robustly targeted for the scheme demonstrating exemplary standards of sustainable and inclusive urban design and architecture.
