ARCUS III is a major office development of 44,000m² comprising 2 linked towers of 14 storeys each with multi-storey basement car parks. It is located in one of the most attractive business areas of Moscow. As a pioneering development for Russia, it achieved exemplary energy efficiency and overall sustainability. During the initial stages of the design, Marie led several sustainability workshops with the team to review the optimised strategy for the new Clearlink HQ offices and to determine the most suitable certification option for the scheme. BREEAM Europe was finally selected over LEED due to its preferred approach to local standards. The scheme achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating at Post-Construction.

Prior to founding Blue Skies Environmental Consulting, our Director - whilst at Ramboll - led the environmental certification design stage work of Arcus III.
